UX/UI Designer
SCV, CA- Onsite Job Essential Job Duties Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user interface requirements and design innovative user experiences. Develop and implement strategic vision for user interface designs, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications. Align design concepts with user needs and mission outcomes. Conduct user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design activities. Create and maintain design guidelines, templates, and style guides. Work with developers to ensure that design concepts are implemented accurately and efficiently. Minimum Requirements 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design and/or enterprise application fields or relevant customer-facing job roles. 4+ years of UI/UX experience associated with cloud-based projects. Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and design thinking. Strong visual design skills with a focus on clean, modern design. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
