?? What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
Conduct tax research and provide guidance on complex tax issues
Assist with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize compliance
Support audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities
Stay current on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities
Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements
? What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
4+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax
Strong knowledge of tax codes, regulations, and compliance standards
Proficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similar)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy
