We are a fun, established Orthodontic and Pediatric Dental practice looking to add another amazing team member!

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic team for our office in Fishhawk.

The ideal candidate is someone who has SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, is a great multitasker, VERY FRIENDLY, LOVES working with people, TEAM PLAYER, dependable, patient, kind, pays attention to detail, and is A ROCKSTAR!!

EXCELLENT customer service skills are a must! Must have a VERY ENTHUSIASTIC PERSONALITY!!!

A minimum of 2 years of Orthodontic assisting experience is required. and hold Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification and X-Ray Certification, though these are preferred, not mandatory. Familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus.

Our state-of-the-art facility offers patient care Monday through Thursday, 8-5, and occasional Fridays 8-12.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Orthodontist during patient exams and orthodontic procedures.
• Prepare treatment areas and patients for procedures.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and care instructions. Maintain accurate patient records.
• Ensure a clean and organized working environment.
• Provide exceptional patient care and support.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Orthodontic assisting experience.
• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Certification (Preferred).
• X-Ray Certification Familiarity with Eaglesoft (a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Commitment to patient satisfaction and comfort.
