Position: Lead Business Analyst

Location: Alburtis, PA (preferred onsite Mon-Fri but remote flexibility if needed)

This is a Direct Hire/Permanent opportunity.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus 10-15%

Desired Skill Set:

• 4-10 years of experience in Business Analytics and IT Management
• Knowledge & experience in IT process (e.g. operating model, governance, IT delivery lifecycle)
• Experience in Shop floor, IT, SCM, Electronics Manufacturing, After Market Services
• Knowledge & experience in relevant technologies like SAP, MES, xAAS, .NET, SQL, Azure, Power BI, Google Suite, Reporting Services

Summary

The Lead Business Analyst provides strategic, technical, and process leadership to teams responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting IT solutions. This role ensures collaboration across internal departments and external partners, guiding them to meet organizational goals and deliver high-quality outcomes. The manager also plays a key role in conflict resolution, stakeholder alignment, and driving the team’s direction in line with broader business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide architectural and technical guidance across areas such as manufacturing systems, supply chain, operations, and IT infrastructure.
• Lead and support IT processes including governance, development lifecycle, and operating models.
• Offer expertise in technologies like Azure, cloud platforms, .NET, SAP/ABAP, B2B, and EDI.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of solution delivery—from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports using Power BI and Reporting Services.
• Manage IT staff, including onboarding, training, and oversight of infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.
