What You'll Do:

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience and attracting top talent.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor, resolving employee matters professionally, conducting investigations, and developing initiatives to boost morale and engagement.
• HR Compliance & Administration: Ensure absolute compliance with all employment laws, administer leave programs (FMLA), and maintain meticulous HR records and policies.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• HR Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze key HR metrics to identify trends, prepare insightful reports, and monitor HR KPIs.
• Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with the HR Manager/VP on strategic initiatives and contribute to a collaborative HR team.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience with a proven track record across all core HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Google Suite (Paycom experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality .
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
