Assistant Strength and Conditioning Position:

St. Stephen's and St. Agnes School in Alexandria, Virginia is looking for a part-time Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach for the 2024-2025 school year. The assistant strength & conditioning coach will work with the Saints strength and conditioning team to oversee the training of all high school athletes. Each season (fall, winter and spring) is a separate coaching stipend but we are looking for a candidate that is interested in a year long commitment to provide consistency in implementing a training program and developing relationships with our Saints student-athletes. All candidates must be organized, hard-working and demonstrate a strong desire to run a training program at all levels. The assistant strength coach will be responsible for working with the strength coaching staff to develop and implement strength and conditioning programs that are safe and effective for student-athletes.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates should have prior strength & conditioning coaching experience at the club, high school level and/or college level. Candidates must have their CSCS or be working towards their CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (or have their CSCCA).
