Job Title: Food Production Manager/Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Food Production Manager/Supervisor to oversee our food service operations. This role involves managing ordering items weekly, performing inventory and stocking duties, ensuring compliance and conducting training sessions with team members, and occasionally filling in as a cook when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee weekly ordering of food items.
• Perform inventory and stocking duties to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and conduct training sessions with team members.
• Provide supervision and guidance to the food service team.
• Fill in as a cook when required due to staffing shortages.

Work Environment

This role is based in a hospital environment, ensuring a climate-controlled and comfortable setting. The position requires availability Monday through Friday during the day shift, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.96 - $25.96/hr.
