What You'll Do

As aDieselTruck Mechanic at LHC, you'll play a key role in ensuring our fleet is always ready to perform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting and diagnosing vehicles to keep them in top condition.
• Performing preventive maintenance and upgrades to keep our equipment running smoothly year-round.
• Troubleshooting and repairing and installing tires, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Conducting test drives to verify performance and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Enhancing your skills through ongoing learning opportunities and technical resources.

What Were Looking For

Wed love to have you on the team if you bring:

• A valid drivers license and at least one year of diesel mechanic experience (an Associates degree in Diesel Technology is a big plus!).
• Experience in construction environments (preferred but not required).
• A self-starting attitude and a strong sense of dependability.
• An ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and perform repetitive movements.
• Comfortable standing, sitting, kneeling, climbing, and working in all weather conditions.
