Our client in the consulting industry is seeking a Data Entry Mail Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Mail Clerk, you will be part of the operations team supporting the incoming Mail department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Entry Mail Clerk
Location: El Segundo, CA
Pay Range: $19.50/hr
Shift: Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
What's the Job?
Process and manage incoming mail efficiently.
Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
Assist in sorting and distributing mail to appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes.
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Excellent time management skills.
