What will you be doing?

• Partner with business and IT stakeholders : Enable Epicor Aptos CRM's capabilities to support our brands, leveraging technical and business knowledge to design solutions and maintain the system
• Monitor the production environment: Ensure peak season readiness for the CRM platform, troubleshooting and correcting data into and out of the CRM system
• Serve as CRM solution expert: Work closely with the Marketing and IT teams to support efficient running and growth of our organization in addition to managing domain-specific work streams, maintaining an integrated approach that ensures functional areas work seamlessly together
• Provide documentation: Record functional flows and application documentation
• Monitor data flow: Ensure seamless data flows to internal and external systems
• Be the technical subject matter expert: Design, configure, test and troubleshoot CRM objects that are low to medium in complexity

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

• Bachelor of Science (BS) Information Systems preferred
• 2-5 years of CRM System Administration experience (Epicor preferred)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills including requirement writing
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Integration Services and scripting development
• Amperity CDP and SAP HANA experience preferred
