Responsibilities:

1. Support recruiting for either Engineering or Business Campus roles
2. Lead by example and provide recruitment support to the Campus organization
3. Own the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and disciplines
4. Coach, mentor and train team members to find the best employees for our company
5. Drive technology, process and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process
6. Proactively recruit passive talent to join the LinkedIn Campus team
7. Work with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise, collaboration and teamwork to hire the best talent for our team
8. Utilize the worlds best recruiting tools to get the job done better, faster and more efficiently than ever before
9. Deliver against set metrics to provide consistent results and data-backed progress
10. Elevate the candidate experience by adopting our members first company value

Basic Qualifications:

1. BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2. 1+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience holding leadership roles in a combination of corporate and staffing environments
2. Experience with applicant tracking systems and passive candidate sourcing
3. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn as a recruiting tool
4. Experience effectively hiring and motivating talent
5. In-house and agency experience
6. Expert knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and familiarity with SQL
7. Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness and online/social media
8. Knowledge of the web/Internet market space, including trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations and other sources of great candidates
9. Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills
10. Ability to work with internal clients to develop and iterate best-in-class profiles to reflect the talent needs of the business
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
