Job Purpose

Reporting to the Vice-President, Partnership Growth, the Regional Director, Partnership Growth, will focus on selling and developing business partnerships in the Americas. The ideal candidate is motivated, proactive, and passionate, capable of generating their own leads and converting inquiries swiftly. Success in this role could lead to broader opportunities within IWG, including leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver at least 20 new partner locations annually, increasing system revenue by $5M-$10M+ per year.
• Increase awareness of IWG’s partnership offerings through market engagement.
• Conduct weekly meetings with prospects to grow the pipeline towards deal closure.
• Identify and present to potential partners via networking, prospecting, cold-calling, and other business development tactics.
• Source partners capable of rapid network expansion through existing or new buildings.
• Sell partnership solutions, negotiate deals, and secure board approval.
• Convert negotiations into signed contracts with legal support, spending significant time in the field to generate leads and close deals.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Experience in sales or B2B business development in a fast-growth environment.
• Self-motivated with a focus on results and deal closure.
• Proven success in sourcing and closing multiple significant deals ($250,000+).
• Deal-focused with a proactive, risk-taking attitude.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently to generate interest.
• Strong business and financial acumen.

Compensation includes a base salary of $70,000-$90,000, with uncapped quarterly commissions averaging $26,000-$100,000 depending on performance. The role is based in Dallas, TX, at a mid-senior level, full-time, within the Business Development and Sales function.
