Lighthouse Lab Services is partnering with a growing organization in Miami, FL to hire an experienced Bookkeeper . This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented financial professional with a background in healthcare, clinical, or scientific environments.

Please note: We are only considering candidates currently located in the Miami area. No relocation assistance is available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly

• Maintain and update the general ledger

• Support monthly and year-end financial close processes

• Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, reporting, and vendor communications

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience

• Background in a medical office, clinical lab, scientific research , or adjacent industry preferred

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (formulas required)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to quickly learn internal systems and vendor relationships

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
