Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Attorney to join our growing litigation team. This is a client-facing role ideal for a legal professional who is confident managing their own caseload and delivering exceptional legal service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload focused on personal injury and insurance defense matters

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, and motions

• Represent clients at depositions, court appearances, and settlement conferences

• Work collaboratively with partners and senior attorneys on complex legal strategy

• Maintain accurate documentation and case updates using the firm’s legal systems

• Provide outstanding service to clients, ensuring timely communication and results

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1+ years of experience in insurance defense and/or personal injury litigation

• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively

• Comfortable working independently as well as in a team-based legal setting

• Motivated to grow professionally and contribute to a culture of excellence
